There Comes A Time when You Need To Just Breathe...
My classes are unique with the core essence being ~
Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation for Women's Health and Wellness.
My medical background, NLP Practitioner experience and love of Talking Therapy has really enhanced my understanding of Mindfulness, the workings of the mind and the effects of illness and stress on the mind and body.
The sessions are varied; There is always something interesting to hear and learn during the meditations and a plethora of themes included.
My small and friendly classes are beneficial to everyone including beginners and those suffering from tiredness, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, tension and stress or a combination of all!
You don't have to sit crossed legged on the floor (unless you want to). You can lie on mats for complete comfort - head cushions & mats are provided but bring a blanket if you wish.
I practice Guided Meditations and Mindfulness Meditations and in a non-religious form.
Class Fees 1 hour- from £9
Refund policy 7 days: Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before your class start date.

Group Meditation & Mindfulness Classes For Women's Wellness
My evening classes are usually one hour.
This class is helpful for everyone and especially for those suffering from poor sleeping habits, anxiety, pain, headaches, IBS, tension and stress and those who have a chronic illness.
You can lie on a mat for complete relaxation. The lighting will be dimmed and you will be warm and comfortable...so relaxed that you won't want to leave. Minimum age 17 yrs.
1 to 1 bespoke Mindfulness and Meditation Sessions for Women's Wellness
These private sessions will give you the opportunity to enjoy Mindfulness and guided Meditations most suited to your own personal situation and needs.
This is the perfect opportunity for beginners to learn how to relax and have some peace of mind away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives.
You can relax on a therapy couch or be seated in a chair whilst Andrea guides you through the varying steps for the perfect meditation for you.
30 mins £35. One hour £45. Daytime & Evening Appointments are available.
