There Comes A Time when You Need To Just Breathe...

My classes are completely unique with the core essence being ~

Meditation and Mindfulness for Women's Health and Wellness.

My medical background, NLP Practitioner experience and love of Talking Therapy has made it possible for me to develop this wonderful form of Meditation.

The sessions are varied; There is always something interesting to hear and learn during the meditations and a plethora of themes included.

My small and friendly classes are beneficial to everyone including beginners and those suffering from tiredness, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, tension and stress or a combination of all!

You don't have to sit crossed legged on the floor (unless you want to). You can sit comfortably on a chair or bring a Yoga type mat. (I do have mats if you don't own one).
I practice Guided Meditations and Mindfulness Meditations and in a non-religious form.
Class Fees vary - from £8.

Group Meditation & Mindfulness Classes For Women's Wellness

My evening classes are usually one hour. This class is helpful for everyone and especially for those suffering from poor sleeping habits, anxiety, pain, headaches, IBS, tension and stress and those who have a chronic illness.
You can be seated or lie on a mat for complete relaxation. The lighting will be dimmed and you will be warm and comfortable...so relaxed that you won't want to leave.
Saturday Afternoon sessions are longer usually- 1hr 30mins. They offer that extra time for relaxation and time for Angel Cards, Aromatherapy Oils or other relevant additions which will be included in the descriptions for each class.

1 to 1 bespoke Guided Mindfulness and Meditation for Women's Wellness

These private sessions will give you the opportunity to enjoy Mindfulness and guided Meditations most suited to your own personal situation and needs.
This is the perfect opportunity for beginners to learn how to relax and have some peace of mind away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives.
For these 1 to 1 sessions you can relax on a therapy couch or be seated in a chair whilst Andrea guides you through the varying steps for the perfect meditation for you.
30 mins £30. One hour £40.
Daytime & Evening Appointments are available for private Meditation sessions.
