My Meditation and Mindfulness classes for Women are unique - as I have developed my own style of Meditation presentation over a very long time, with the core essence being ~

Meditation and Mindfulness for Women's Health and Wellness.

Each session is different. There is always something fresh and interesting to hear and learn and a plethora of topics included within the meditations.
The workshops consist of an introduction and two guided Meditation sessions and Mindful Practice.

The studio is fully heated and air-conditioned. All classes are suitable for beginners and I teach non-religious meditation.

Anxiety Management 1 to 1 Sessions

These sessions are for those suffering with anxiety. Learn how anxiety starts physiologically, it's causes, treatments & how you can help yourself. You can talk openly without judgement in a cosy private & supportive environment. Meditation. Coffees, Teas & biscuits are provided.

Thurs 23rd January 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Balancing The Chakras

We will have a Mindfulness Meditation to start and then Balance the Chakras through meditation to restore a harmonious flow of energy, leaving you feeling relaxed, centred, grounded and energized. A lovely session especially if you feel out of sorts, a little stressed or lack energy.

Thurs 20th Feb. 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Gratitude and Be Kind To Yourself

It's hard to be kind to yourself and breaking the habit of chastising yourself for every little thing. That nagging voice that tells us off! It's about being compassionate to ourselves, just as you would be towards a friend. We will also talk about gratitude and being thankful for what we have now.

Thurs 14th Nov. 7.30pm - 8.30pm. 'Calmness'.

I run small and friendly classes, suitable for everyone including beginners.

This class is especially helpful for women who need to take time for themselves to relax. It will also help those suffering from poor sleeping habits and insomnia, tiredness, anxiety, tension and stress. Includes two Mindful Meditations.

Thurs 12th Dec . 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Stress - Recharge and re-energise ready for Xmas

We all feel under pressure in the run up to Christmas and the New Year so why not take this opportunity to relax and recharge your batteries.

This evening will help you to completely relax and let go, leaving you feeling calm, in control and at peace. Includes two Mindful Meditations.
