MEDITATION FOR WOMEN'S WELLNESS IN CHELMSFORD

My Meditation and Mindfulness classes for Women are completely unique - as I have developed my own style of Meditation presentation over a very long time, with the core essence being ~

Meditation and Mindfulness for Women's Health and Wellness.

Each session is different. There is always something fresh and interesting to hear and learn and a plethora of topics included within the meditations.
The workshops consist of an introduction and two guided Meditation sessions and Mindful Practice.

The studio is fully heated and air-conditioned. All classes are suitable for beginners and I teach non-religious meditation.

Wed 20th March. 7.30pm - 9pm......... A Workshop - Getting To Grips With Anxiety. 1 PLACE LEFT.

During my years as a Nurse, I saw many women struggling with anxiety and whether you suffer from mild anxiety, social anxiety or acute anxiety with panic attacks, you will benefit from these workshops.

I will talk about Anxiety - how it starts and how it makes us react, it's causes, symptoms and various treatments. How it can be prevented from getting out of control and managed long-term. We will talk together about how it affects you, if you are happy to share. It is a chance to talk openly without judgement in a cosy private and friendly environment.

We will finish the workshop with a relaxing Mindfulness meditation. Bring a pen and paper. You will be seated for the Workshop but can lie on mats for the Meditation at the end of class if you wish.

Coffees, Teas & yummy biscuits are also offered 🙂

Wed 24th April. 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Relax and Unwind

A space in your day for you to give yourself time to breathe. A lovely calm evening for ladies who would like to unwind.
You will be able to lie down on mats so that you can fully relax. Includes a brief introduction and 2 Meditations for de-stressing and being in the present moment without a care in the world.

Sat 1st June. Coping with Anxiety Workshop. 2pm - 4pm

During my years as a Nurse, I came across many women struggling with anxiety and whatever type of anxiety you have, you will benefit from these workshops. Learn how anxiety starts, it's causes, symptoms and various treatments. How can you help yourself? It is a chance to talk openly without judgement in a cosy private and friendly environment. We will finish the workshop with a seated short Mindfulness meditation. Coffees, Teas & yummy biscuits are provided.

Sat 30th March. Mindfulness & Meditation - Back To Calm

Sometimes it can feel impossible to take a breather or time-out.
This class is beneficial to everyone and especially those who have anxiety, stress, feel overworked or feel weighed down or just overwhelmed with your life at the moment.
I will show you meditation techniques to help you feel calm, relaxed and completely at ease.

Wed 10th April. Mindfulness and Meditation - Letting go of the Past

This class is beneficial to anyone who is feeling anxious or exhausted but especially those who feel weighed down with negative thoughts, self-criticism or if you are just hanging on to past events/relationships which have no good effect on you.  Being overly self-critical and hard on ourselves depresses and demoralises us. It's time to let it go. You deserve to let it go.
