My Meditation and Mindfulness classes for Women are completely unique - as I have developed my own style of Meditation presentation over a very long time, with the core essence being ~
Meditation and Mindfulness for Women's Health and Wellness.
Each session is different. There is always something fresh and interesting to hear and learn and a plethora of topics included within the meditations.
The workshops consist of an introduction and two guided Meditation sessions and Mindful Practice.
The studio is fully heated and air-conditioned. All classes are suitable for beginners and I teach non-religious meditation.

WED 16th JAN 2019. 7.30pm - 8.30pm. £8.97. FULL Mindfulness and Guided Meditation. Self Compassion & Self Worth.
Everyone can benefit from this class; if you feel tired, stressed, anxious, have difficulty sleeping or just want to relax then you will love these cosy evening sessions.
This class will be about being kind to yourself and breaking the habit of chastising yourselves for every little thing. That nagging voice that tells us off! It's about being compassionate to ourselves, just as you would be towards a friend.
SAT 26th JAN 2019. 2.30pm - 4pm. £14.21. FULL Mindfulness Meditation and Guided Meditation for Sleep and Comfort
This class is for everyone, but is especially helpful for those suffering from poor sleeping habits and insomnia, tiredness, anxiety, tension, muscle tension and stress.
We will be doing two meditations and Mindfulness to ensure you feel completely relaxed.
You can be seated or bring a mat to lie down.
WED 30th JAN 2019. 7.30pm - 8.30pm. £8.97. 1 PLACE LEFT Meditation and Mindfulness - For Stress & Anxiety
This class is especially helpful for women who need to take time for themselves and relax and feel comfortable with like-minded people.for those suffering from poor sleeping habits and insomnia, tiredness, anxiety, tension and stress as well as muscular aches and pains.
The first Meditation will be a Mindfulness Meditation focusing on the breath and body. The second will be a guided Meditation Journey.
WED 13th FEB 2019. 7.30pm - 8.30pm. FULL Meditation and Mindfulness. For better sleep & peace
This class is beneficial to everyone and especially those of us who feel a little edgy sometimes and perhaps with an over-active mind, especially at night time.
You may have difficulty falling asleep at night, or be waking up during the night or too early in the morning.
This can lead to daytime fatigue, sleepiness, tension headaches, mood changes, poor attention and anxiety.
I will show you meditation and Mindfulness techniques to help you fall asleep and stay asleep as well as helping feelings of anxiety.
SAT 16th FEB 2019. 2.30pm - 4pm. Meditation and Mindfulness. For better sleep & peace
This class is beneficial to everyone and especially those who find it difficult to switch off and feel restless. Those who struggle to get to sleep or wake early will also find this class useful.
I will show you meditation and Mindfulness techniques to help you feel calm and content and completely at ease.
You can be seated or bring a mat to lie down. There is no omming or religious slant to my classes.
So if you would like to have some pure relaxation and would like to join us, then you will be warmly welcomed.
Wed 6th MARCH 2019. 7.30pm - 8.30pm Mindfulness & Meditation for Women's Wellness - Balancing Emotions
This relaxed and friendly small class will consist of an hour of peace with two Meditations.
The venue is very quiet and peaceful with dimmed lighting so that you can get the absolute most from your session. It is fully heated and air-conditioned for your comfort. There is also a ladies restroom.
There will be a Mindfulness Meditation and a Guided Meditation for Anxiety and Quietening the Mind.
You can sit comfortably on a chair or bring a yoga-type mat to lie on.
Sat 9th MARCH 2.30pm - 4pm A Women's Wellness Workshop - Getting To Grips with Anxiety.
A Workshop - What is Anxiety?
We will cover:
In simple terms of anatomy - how does anxiety start and how does it make us react?
How can anxiety be prevented from getting out of control and managed long-term?
Wouldn't you like to learn some techniques to help with anxiety and mix with other like-minded people?
Whether you suffer from mild anxiety, social anxiety or acute anxiety with panic attacks, you will benefit from these workshops.
During my years as a Nurse, I saw many women struggling with anxiety and sadly many would not seek help because they felt they would be judged in some way. Thankfully things have changed for the better and I am sure many women will find this workshop helpful.
In this workshop I will talk about Anxiety - it's causes, symptoms and various treatments.
This will be a chance for you to be yourself, knowing that everyone here is in the same boat and understands and 'gets' what anxiety is and what it can do to you.
We will talk together about how it affects you, if you are happy to share. It is a chance to talk openly without judgement.
Coffees, Teas and biscuits will be served and a cosy private and friendly environment provided for you.
We will finish the workshop with a lovely relaxing Mindfulness meditation.
Just bring a pen and paper and a Yoga Mat if you have one or you can stay seated for the Meditation at the end of class.
Wed 20th March. 7.30pm - 9pm. Anxiety Workshop for Women

Sat 30th March. Mindfulness & Meditation - Back To Calm
This class is beneficial to everyone and especially those who have anxiety, stress or feel weighed down oroverwhelmed.
I will show you meditation techniques to help you feel calm, content and completely at ease.
Wed 10th April. Mindfulness and Meditation - Letting go of the Past
This class is beneficial to everyone and especially those who feel weighed down with negative thoughts or just hanging on to past events/relationships. Being overly self-critical depresses and demoralises us. Time to move on - Self-Compassion and Gratitude. It's time to let it go.
