A space in your day for you to be just you, to give yourself time to breathe.

My Meditation and Mindfulness classes for Women are completely unique - as I have developed my own style of Meditation presentation over a very long time, with the core essence being

Meditation and Mindfulness for Women's Health and Wellness.

Each session is different. There is always something fresh and interesting to hear and learn and a plethora of topics included within the meditations.

The focus always being - enhancing the mental health and physical wellbeing of women.

The workshops consist of an introduction and two guided Meditation sessions and Mindful Practice.

We will be focusing on relaxation and the breathe to slow down the body and mind, giving us time to heal and rest.

The studio is fully heated and air-conditioned. All classes are suitable for beginners and I teach non-religious meditation.

You can pay by BACS via text/messenger/email or telephone. Alternatively, you can book your place below which allows you to pay by Card via Paypal as a guest. (You don't need to have a Paypal account).
