My Meditation and Mindfulness classes for Women are unique - as I have developed my own style of Meditation presentation over a very long time, with the core essence being ~
Meditation and Mindfulness for Women's Health and Wellness.
Each session is different. There is always something fresh and interesting to hear and learn and a plethora of topics included within the meditations.
The workshops consist of an introduction and two guided Meditation sessions and Mindful Practice.
The studio is fully heated and air-conditioned. All classes are suitable for beginners and I teach non-religious meditation.

Anxiety Management 1 to 1 Sessions
These sessions are for those suffering with anxiety and/or family members. Learn how anxiety starts physiologically, it's causes, treatments & how you can help yourself. You can talk openly without judgement in a cosy private & supportive environment. Meditation. Coffees, Teas & biscuits are provided.

Two Meditations for this evening; A Mindfulness Meditation and a Journey to Put Worries To Bed.
As always, a quiet and comfortable candlelit haven so that you can relax on mats and have some peace and rest and clear your mind of stressful or negative thoughts.

Are you a worrier?
Do you find it difficult to unwind?
Late evenings can be the worst time for over-thinking and an active brain!
This Mindful Meditation is perfect for this time of night. It will allow you to forget all that is bothering you and bring a peaceful night's sleep.

My small and friendly classes are beneficial to everyone including beginners.
Maybe you feel like something's missing in your life or you're ready for a change? Take a pause out of your daily life to take care of yourself so that you can rest, relax and begin to imagine the life of your dreams.

Are you running on empty a lot of the time? Juggling many balls and dropping a few?
Take this opportunity to take time for yourself and recharge your energy.
This meditation can help you relax, restore your natural balance and relieve stress that could be getting in the way of your body’s healing process.
Wed 17th July. 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Inner Strength
Inner Strength means different things to each of us. Once we know and believe in who we are, we can do anything we set our minds to. This evenings meditations will allow us to reflect on building courage, inner peace and self-belief. Standing strong and confident.
