Booking and Cancellation Policy

I am lucky to be really busy most of the time and I like to ensure that every client receives good value. If you don't turn up or are late for your appointment, this has a direct effect on my time and other clients and so I have a strict cancellation policy. A 50% deposit is payable to secure appointment bookings. Full payment is required for pre-booked Zoom sessions. Appointments cannot be held for any length of time without a deposit.
