Booking and Cancellation Policy

I am lucky to be really busy most of the time and I like to ensure that every client receives good value. If you don't turn up or are late for your appointment, this has a direct effect on my time and other clients and so I have a strict cancellation policy. Full payment is required at the time of booking for Online/Virtual/telephone sessions.
